Jubilee mule with huckleberry garnish

We served this at the 2019 Oregon Distiller’s Guild Festival, it was definitely a crowd-pleaser!

RECIPE

  1. Muddle a small coin of fresh ginger and 3 lime slices into a copper mule cup.

  2. Fill glass with ice over the muddled ingredients

  3. Add 1.5 ounces of Jubilee Vodka

  4. Top with your favorite ginger beer

  5. Garnish with fresh huckleberries, or a lime
