The staff has come up with a nifty idea that we are super excited to share with you! Roll The Dice Happy Hour. Starts Monday May 20th from 2PM to 4PM. 

Our very own Cory Egan dreamed up this great idea for a to-go order of Ramen for the hard working people of Pendleton Oregon. Essentially the Bitchen Kitchen does all the hard work of building a ramen broth from scratch using Kombu and pork stock along with special spices.

The demolition work continues as we clear out space in the building for our desired open floor plan.  The front end of the building used to be managers offices, auto parts supply window and the stairway down to the basement (aka future barrel room) so now we need to deconstruct it and figure out how to take it down!  First things first those glass plated windows are outta here and then that ever so popular wood paneling.   

As with any old building when they decided to add on to the original structure there were some spaces that remained intact even if they weren't used for the same thing anymore... case in point our windows to nowhere!

How amazing is this reclaimed wood?? Originally a local iron workers bench in what used to be a speakeasy in the town of Athena, OR.  This is our future tasting room bar...

Let the demo work begin! This space sits above what will become the production area and is large enough for a couple of desks, a conference table and a loft area for our son to hangout.  Right now it has funky walls, choir stairs and an "entity" in storage area (that will become the break-room).

With our new building secured we have moved on to space planning. The building was originally set up to be an Cadillac-Oldsmobile-GMC dealership. The building had a showroom, maintenance area, parts storage, and offices. Before we purchased it the building was used as a parts house and then an antique store.
